Return & Refund Policy – Glitszy

At Glitszy, each jewellery piece is carefully inspected, securely packed, and dispatched with utmost care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.


No Return / No Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed.

  • Orders cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as:

    • Personal preference or dislike

    • Size, style, or design expectations

    • Change of mind after purchase

We request customers to review product details and images carefully before placing an order.


Exception: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

A replacement or refund will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

Conditions for raising a request:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must:

    • Show the sealed package clearly

    • Capture the unboxing process fully

    • Clearly highlight the damage, defect, or incorrect product (if applicable)

Requests without a valid unboxing video or with signs of tampering will not be accepted.
Glitszy reserves the right to make the final decision after verification.


Refund / Replacement Process

  • Once the claim is verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated at our discretion

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing timelines may vary based on banks or payment gateways, which are beyond our control


Non-Eligible Scenarios

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Missing claims raised after the reporting window


Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed

  • Customers are advised to place orders carefully after reviewing product details
